Hello, All Thought of a call suggestion the other day I would like become a feature to the game but I can fully understand if it can't be done but I would like to suggest a feature where routes have a chance to load in with 'decorations' and other things when set to a specific month such as - October - A chance for stations to spawn with Halloween decorations (all month) November - Fireworks to go off in the night sky (Early November, possibly UK routes only) - Passengers and other NPCs have a chance to spawn wearing Poppies (Early November, possibly UK routes only) December - Christmas Decorations appear all over the route (all month) Sound off in the comments about your opinions about this feature!
Good ideas here, would definitely make the routes more organic and emersive and feel even more alive,I think if DTG ever did this it would probably be in the mastery reward system though.
CP Rail/CPKC has a Christmas train with lights on it. That could be a possibility for holiday-themed trains.
This would probably have to be built in at the route construction stage as a seasonal variation, otherwise you would be diverting developer resources to update routes several times a year not to mention having to constantly overwrite content with ongoing massive downloads. Then as noted it should be optional which then incurs a two tier system for how this is applied - whether via updates or built in.
Oh yeah.. I'm not saying that this should happen to current routes (including the two releasing this month) but it could be think that DTG could consider implementing in from TSW6
