I think it's a big as I can't see any other reason why it's happened. I'm driving the 1F43 (the 10th service in the journey maybe) and as I leave Faversham, with all safety systems on, I barely get over 5 mph before the emergency brakes slam on and alarms start screaming at me.
I just started the 1F47 and had the exact same, starting and getting and emergency application immediately. I see stuff on the KVB display, which I would expect to be inactive here, so maybe that is a problem. (Btw, put this in the technical report forum next time, it fits better there )
Check the train management screen. Its there a green dot at each end of the train? If so its the driver in the rear cab bug. Pop to other end and deactivate the cab.
