I was wondering if I can suggest doubling the amount of AI trains on Cajon Pass in reality the cajon pass is very busy with about 100 trains a day climbing/decending the grades is this possible to do? It would make it more challenging and more fun to operate trains in traffic.
Are they always telling us they make realistic timetables on routes?? Iam not one hundred procent sure or don't want to be negative but wouldn't surprise me if it was a made up or a shortened timetable
After the Santa Fe F7 loco pack was released for Cajon Pass which added services that you wouldn’t actually see alongside the services in the base route DTG brought out a second loco pack, the BNSF SD70, which does fit in but didn’t add one single extra service to the timetable. It wasn’t a good day for the route as the scenarios that were included were also very bad, with the trains all using the wrong track and all completely devoid of AI action. Hopes for a further, proper loco DLC for the route, which is of my favourite routes in the game, are also low after DTG confirmed that they do struggle with US freight content. There are lots of gaps in the timetable where more services could easily be added if such a DLC ever came but I rather expect the wait will be a very long one that may never end.
It's worth noting again that Cajon still doesn't have the UP services from the Palmdale Cutoff to/from Barstow.
Cajon should look like this: and in Run8 you can make it look like that. Even in TSC with some effort you can run trains like this.
