This list applies to all freight consists in the game, I am just focussing more on German routes. - Empty container wagons and maybe partially loaded container wagons (might be hard though). - Empty car transporter wagons with different colored cars - More versions with dirt and a bit of graffiti if possible - Wagons facing different directions - More variety = New wagons across routes The three newest german routes SKA, HMA, HRR all adopt freight cars from MSB and just the containers from RRO. Sometimes I get a little tired of those wagons in near-identical consists on the newer routes. Since we haven't received a new selection of varied freight wagons since MSB (+ the one containers from RRO). I purpose a German freight pack. It doesn't have to include a loco and could be sold at a lower price. This pack would add new much-needed freight cars to the three newest dense german routes. It'll be an instant buy for me.
Those are all great shouts, which will enhance the realism. Might be difficult to implement some of those though.
Indeed, some more variety and randomness would be nice. I remember good old Train Simulator had this. Certain wagons add-ons even included a few varients with different levels of weathering. There were even 'random' wagons in the consist editor, which would spawn a random variant (especially with container wagons). Whenever I created my own consists manually, I also turned a few wagons backwards.
