More heritage routes for example Great Central Railway (only double tracked heritage Railway) and more steam engines like a 9F or even Mallard or SNG

Can agree that the tsw needs more heritage railways but they don't sell well because of the slow pace of the line

We can keep asking for steam but no guarantee DTG are listening or even inclined to fix the current state of it.

There are several UK heritage railways that would make good candidates in TSW - SVR, ELR, NYMR plus the Ffestiniog/Welsh Highland. The downer of course is the 25 MPH speed limit, so there’s really not that much fun hauling a 6 coach train with a 2000+ hp diesel when for the most part you are trundling along. So while I like WSR and value the makeover, I still rarely play it. Which of course is where a resurgence of steam would come in. Put a tank engine or small tender loco on said six coach consist and suddenly things get more challenging, particularly if we got proper steam physics.
