If you are making a suggestion here, it would be for tsw. Dtg haven't made tsc dlc for a really long time since they are focusing on an overhaul. But you gotta explain what exactly you want. What line do you want, what's the rolling stock. Mbta has multiple lines
What I really know for sure that I want the Hyundai Rotem Bi-levels with the MPI HSP-46 locomotive add-on. For this add-on for Train Sim World 4, players must own the Boston Sprinter Route (Boston South Station - Providence station) in order to play with this DLC. This add-on is perfect for the Boston Sprinter Route.
I’ll also request DTG with the South Station - Worcester Route DLC for TSW4. It should have the F40PH-3C with Rotem Bi-Levels and Amtrak Service too (with Amtrak Genesis P42DC or ALC-42 Charger). That will be very nice.
