My Suggestion is more parked trains on routes, because on many routes are Depots where not a single train is and is in my opinion not true. That is why I suggest that trains be parked at the depots or on the siding for freight trains in order to bring a little life into the routes. And those wagons could just be a backdrop. It would not deplete operational memory like a real wagon or locomotive.
yeah like an AI Model, low poly and low impact. but i fear here again the fact that the old consoles are supported will hinder this idea. the routes feel way too empty when you pass a depot
Definitely a good idea because if you have the Next Generation consoles PS5 Xbox Series X/S those trains found parked can be operated as a player service. You see this in train simulator world 2020 Great Western Mainline and Long Island Railroad with some Services starting at the yard then when you proceed at the station it's a passenger service.
Yard really feel too empty on all routes. To me, that breaks immersion as what's the point in having a yard if you're not using it...
