Hi all, recently I have been playing RSN a lot, and I noticed that is was the amount of variation in services that kept me coming back. On RSN there are not only point to point freight services, but also ones where you first have to shunt your loco to couple up to freight wagons. Besides that there are a few services where you have to pick up more freight wagons along the way, and have to shunt these into your consist. And on top of all that there are power moves, where you drive some locomotives to a different location, a quite unique and interesting thing to play or see as an AI service. Currently RSN is the only German route with these kind of services, with only MSB banking engine coupling services coming close. It would be fun to see more of these kinds of services on other routes where freight locomotives have layers as they massively increase gameplay content. In addition to that the BR 204 and BR 363 are only available on MSB and RSN respectively, it would offer players more value for their money if they also had services on other routes. This would also increase the variety of rolling stock and locomotives you'd see while playing other services on the route, which to me is very fun.
The advantage of RSN, in this case, is a large number of shunting yards. HMA for example does not have these you can only drive end to end. The shunters should come to other routes (BR 363 is also used in München). RRO will get a shunter (Vossloh G6) so we might see more freight action there in the future.
