So, kind of an oddball locomotive suggestion here, but the MK5000 could be an interesting add-on to Train Simulator 2020. The MK5000C was a 5000hp locomotive built in 1994, with 6 demo units, 3 to SP and 3 to UP. Though neither railroad bought the locomotive as MK Rail shut down the program, and the units were returned. Utah Railway bought the 6 locomotives from Wabtec in 2001, but sent them back after a year due to technical issues. Wabtec rebuilt the units and sent them back to the Utah Railway, which were now classified as MK50-3, and the Utah Railway used them until 2017 after Utah Railways coal contracts expired. If this were to be included as an add-on to TS2020, the locomotive could come in at least SP colors (Cant find a pic of the UP demonstrators) and include the Utah Railway colors as well if the licensing can be acquired, and scenarios could be on the Soldier Summit Route.
A MK5000C was made by a former member of the TS community, his name was LukRailAmerica. He was an awesome buy, with amazing talent, (he was even working on a GO-Transit route)!!!!! But alas, a stupid idiot started harassing him, and he gave up. Now he's afk in the community, but his site is still online.
