Steam Motion Blur Isn't Turning Back On [solved]

I turned Motion blur off while making my game run better, and now when I try to turn it back on, it seems like it does nothing whether it is off or on. Is there some sort of setting I need to turn back on? I'm on pc

 

Your effects need to be on medium or high.

I turned my effects quality to high, but there's still no motion blur.

 

I don't use motion blur so don't know what exactly you have to increase. Try to set the graphics preset to high and then do custom adjustments such as bringing some down to medium, but not low. Try setting your other settings to at least medium and above. Idk which ones since I don't use motion blur, but turn them on medium.

 

I got it working, I had to turn post process to medium or higher, thanks for your help
