Hi all, So I've got a nice new games machine, and I want to move TS2021 from my old cronky machine to the new one. My Steam folder includes loads of clones, edits and new scenarios that I've created over the years and I'd like to keep them! So has anybody had any joy moving stuff between computers in a way that preserves your own creations etc.? My first attempt appears to have failed. I installed steam onto my new computer, and pointed it at the place where I want it to live - D:\Steam. Then having done that, I copied the entire steamapps and userdata directories over. Then I did the verify cache, whereupon it told me that 5000-odd files were invalid and would be reacquired. I then ran it up and it doesn't even get to the main menu before it crashes with an out of memory error. Good old train sim. There's nothing simple about doing anything with it! So does anybody have any ideas on the best way of shifting installations across?

Thanks very much for that. I'll have a read. Really appreciated. I can't even run TS2021 from my old computer now - even though all I did was ZIP the steamapps directory up! Unbelievable!
