Why? There is no route to run them on. Also you list Mp15AC on the title, but MP15DC in your post. They are not the same loco and have differences.
The MP15DC, MP15AC, and/or MP15T in CSX livery would be great to see handling yard switching or hostler duties in Cumberland Yard on Sand Patch. MP15s could also be added in NS, BNSF, or UP liveries. The BNSF MP15s would be perfect for Barstow Yard duties. The UP version could be operated on Cane Creek or Sherman Hill's Laramie and Cheyenne Yards. The NS Altoona Shops would benefit from MP15s.
