Mp36 Ml Alerter Cut In

Not that I mind rooting around in the different panels and wonderfully chunky buttons of US traction, but for the life of me, I can't find the alerter cut-in for the MP36 on the San Bernardino line.

Anyone know where I should dig around for it?

 

That turns all the safety systems on. the animation doesn't currently work
