Hello all, I've just installed "Train Sim World® 2: Main Spessart Bahn: Aschaffenburg - Gemünden Route Add-On" for the first time. Upon loading into the game and attempting to start this route, the route will load for a second or two, and then crash. I've tried this multiple times. Is this a known issue that will be solved at the release of Rush Hour? Thank you in advance for any help.
I wonder if you have any mods installed. If not, try verifying the integrity of your game files (right click on TSW2 in the list, Properties, Local Files). I'm running a service in MSB right now so it can't be a problem for everyone.
I actually do have a number of mods, but they've never interfered with any of my routes before. Are there any that are known to cause issues with MSB or am I going to have to go through them one by one?
UPDATE: Indeed the crash was caused by one or more mods. I removed everything relating to German routes + trains, and was able to start the route without an issue. Thank you for your help.
