I can’t capture this as a photo as I’ve always noticed from the drivers seat so far. HUD says next signal green, occasionally that signal in the game world appears red, sometimes with a green green, or green yellow repeater signal beneath it. There’s no spad fail for passing it and on the map the signal appears green. occurred for me two or three times in different locations with different services. Other signals appear as normal.
