So I've done this with Northern Trans-Pennine where I would list the things that I think need fixing or improving or what could be added to the route as a remaster. I think it was great and I'd figure, why not do it again but with MSB. So in this thread in going to list this things that need improvement and what DTG could add to make MSB a better route.

    Improvement suggestions
There are a lot of things in MSB that I kinda don't like already. First, there's the trains movement, and when it comes to electric route, you'd think the ride would be smooth and not jumping around a lot right? Well, that's not the case for MSB, because for some reason, the trains on that route bounce around like crazy when they're moving. I don't know why it's like this, maybe there's something about the MSB route that makes it more jaggedy than others, but I'm not sure. Routes like Ruhr Sieg-Nord or Nahverkehr Dresden have the same trains and locos, but they don't have their trains bouncing around like crazy. This always makes me question on why MSB's trains are like this. Although, I think some people like it and some people don't, so if people like it that much, then I guess just keep it as a feature, but I personally don't like this. And then there's the graphics and quality of the route, which isn't the worst thing in the world. If you've had the route for quite some time, you'd probably get used to the way this route looks. But again, just like I said in the NTP remaster thread, the route could look a lot better than how it looks now. The graphics and qualities in the TSW5 routes look way better than routes like MSB. I mainly want it to work like how they did it with WSR. They've made the graphics look cleaner and the quality looks equivalent to routes in TSW5. I'd always love for them to update the quality of a route, just comparing it to how it looked before looks so satisfying to see how much improvement the route has gotten. So that's the things that I really want for them to get updated, but there's also some bugs that irritate me whenever I drive the MSB trains. They're bugs like how when you release the brakes when the throttle is off and traction lock still occurs in the doppel stock wagen, or in the 204, everytime you sit in the driver's seat, the HUD seems to load up random things onto it before going back to normal. This make MSB's trains such a pain to drive because bugs like these occur and it makes you not want to drive MSB trains anymore. So if you find bugs like these on MSB trains, please list them below, I really want DTG to fix these annoying bugs so I can have a smooth train operating experience on MSB.

    Timetable (Mainly for the 204)
Now, the timetable for MSB is okay as it is. It has many appropriate trains that layer onto it and has a decent schedule for each loco. But sometimes the locos that layer on the route don't ever appear as often. And well, yes, I get that, some trains sometimes appear on certain routes but don't always appear all the time like the class 31 on WSR. But I feel like I want to see the many different kinds of trains and locos that can appear on MSB more often to see how much variety MSB's timetable has. But there's also some locos I think would be a good layer to the route, but I'm not 100% sure that these locos actually go to the MSB area. These locos are the BR 101 and BR 103. I've tried to search around if any of these locos appear at Ascheffenburg or Gemünden, and I've found some videos and photos where they do appear at one of these stations. Now I don't know if this is common or not, but it would still be nice for them to be found on MSB. But there are still other locos too that I also want them to appear on the MSB timetable. But first, let's talk about the DB BR 204. The DB BR 204 is such a lame locos in TSW. I mean yeah, it's cool and is an iconic German shunter, but the timetable for it sucks so bad. I mean seriously, you've payed $20 for a loco just to get exactly 7 services that have an average time span of 15 minutes? That's absolutely ridiculous and absurd and makes you feel like you've been scammed. Even worse, it doesn't layer on any route! It only appears in MSB and that's it! This makes it feel worthless and makes it such an unpopular loco. So I'd recommend adding way more services than what is has now. Now I don't know if there are even any more real services for this loco in this area, or in other areas that are in TSW, but at least make something up. Like, maybe it can layer over services that the 363 has or the G6 and substitute over them as an extra shunter. DTG can do anything to make this loco somewhat have a purpose than what it already is now. The kind of uses that this loco has is so limited compared to other locos. But speaking of the 363 and G6, those are the locos that I've wanted to be added as layers in MSB. I know these locos work on Maintalbahn and the Hafenbahnhof dockyard does appear on the route. This makes those locos work on that route in that area, and it would make MSB have the same timetable as the shunters right? Well, for some reason that's wrong, there are no more shunting services in MSB than what we have left. So it would absolutely make sense for the timetable of the shunters in Maintalbahn to have a somewhat similar timetable in MSB as well, just to make them somewhat similar due to them sharing a few stations. But aside from all of this, the 204 is such a dead loco and is in such desperate need in a new timetable for it.

    MSB's second add-on(?)
Okay, so we've talked about this before if you've seen my NTP remaster thread. Almost every route has a max of two add-ons only and that's it, no more. And some routes have just one loco like MSB, and don't have a second loco yet that hasn't released. So, what do I recommend for MSB's second add-on? Well, if MSB is the master of the V100, then why not let it master the V200 as well? Now before I get into this, I would have to say again that I don't actually know if this kind of loco actually appears in the MSB area at all. But aside from that, the V200 seems to be a good fit for a second add-on. Although yeah, it's a diesel and some people think it might go better for Maintalbahn than MSB. But I think it being an MSB add-on feels more appealing than for it to be a Maintalbahn add-on. But it still means that the loco will still probably appear on Maintalbahn as a layer though of course. Now I want this loco to appear as like a charter train loco on MSB kinda like the Flying Scotsman on ECML. It can have its own set of coaches and maybe come in multiple liveries. What I mean by that is that there are some liveries for the V200 that exist and also have they're own rake of coaches in that style of livery too. So overall, this would make it the perfect loco as a second add-on for MSB. A nice German charter train service kinda like Niddertalbahn being TSW's first German heritage line to ever appear as a TSW route. So why not make a German charter train add-on for MSB, it will make MSB feel more alive again than it was before, a brand new add-on for it as a new release and a whole new remaster for it as well.

So, that's my suggestion for an MSB remaster, if you have any suggestions yourself, please reply in this thread below so we can show this to DTG and maybe get a better experience for MSB.
