PC Multiple Crashes On Every Route, Unreal Engine

Ive recently upgraded my pc and now im having real issues. The game keeps crashing on every route from around 30 secs to 3 minutes. Sometimes the computer freezes and needs reset but this time it just booted me to desktop, the latest crash..

This one booted me to desktop. The other crashes that froze the computer had something like...

lowlevelfatal error file unknown line 198 unreal engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost error 0x887a0006- HUNG.

Ive tried verifying steam files, updating drivers... it wont let me roll back driver as its windows 11?
Does anyone have any ideas what i can try next. Ive spent hundreds on this game and really need it sorted.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, Gigabyte 3060ti 16gb ram, windows 11
