Good afternoon, I'm suggesting adding multiple timetables for select routes. Now this pretty much already a thing in a sense but I personally would like to see more of it. We already have multiple timetables for routes such as Bakerloo line and SEHS but what I suggesting today is based more around the different trains you would see like in Cathcart Circle. Routes such as BML haven't changed dramatically so a timetable based around 2018 for example wouldn't be to unrealistic without changing much on the route. Same thing could apply for WCML south BML could benefit from a new timetable set back a couple years with trains like the 442, 319, Thameslink 377/387s. Which all wouldnt be running in the current timetable without being unrealistic and wouldn't need any major changes only a few minor ones and even then those changes from ky knowledge would be minor enough to leave as it is. WCML could see the 319s and 221s on the route or 805s and 730s this one could be done altogether even though the 730s and 805s just missed operation along side the 319s by a year or so, this one is abit different but I think you get my point. To clarify These timetables would be like am add on not an extension , e.g bringing in 800/802 and OHLE on GWE as this would end up being a new route oppose to a new timetable utilising the same route set in a period where a network is the same Yes I know WCML isn't out yet but it is an example. Personally I wouldn't mind being charged for a different timetable if it involved new trains and TOCs
This would be good If they made a New GWE (not free with the old one) and added overhead and all new trains
It would make more sense to call it "Same route, different eras", most likely certain routes having multiple scenery and timetable changes to be compatible with each era. E.g: -2024 -2017 -1990 -1986 -1950s
This would be brilliant for WCML over Shap for a modernised timetabled and the timetable set in the 80s.
