Munich Augsburg Ice 592, Scenario Suddently Ending With Spad While Lzb Shows Clear?

So here i am on MA with ICE 592 leaving Munich going towards Augsburg with PZB/LZB active, accelerating while on LZB supervision towards 200 Km/h speed when suddenly i get the SPAD message and get kicked out of the scenario.
I remember something like this occurred to me around 1 year ago to on another service coming on the opposite direction
How is this possible since LZB was only showing a 160 km/h restriction well over 10 km. ?

 

It sounds like an AI train ran a red light somewhere else on the line. Had you saved/restored?
