    Munich - Nuremberg
For a future German route, I believe that Munich - Nuremberg would be a good choice. The route is 170 km in length (105 miles) and spans from Munich HBF to Nuremberg HBF via the city of Ingolstadt. The northern section between Ingolstadt and Nuremberg is a new high speed line built between 1998 and 2006 with a maximum speed of 300 km/h, bringing high speed opportunities to Train Sim World. The southern section is slower with speeds of between 160 and 200 km/h. A variety of services operate along the route, including the InterCity Express, InterCity, and Regional Express services.
    Locomotives
    DB BR 403 ICE 3

The ICE 3 operates the ICE 41 service from Munich to Dortmund via this route. It's maximum service speed of 320 km/h allows for operations at the maximum speed of the route, 300 km/h.
    DB BR 402 ICE 2

Including the ICE 2 as well as the ICE 3 would provide more diversity in traction, something which previous routes such as Rapid Transit have been lacking in. The ICE 2 operates the ICE 25 service between Hamburg and Munich. The ICE 2 has a lower speed than the ICE 3, travelling at a maximum speed of 270 km/h.
DB BR 101 and the Munich-Nuremberg Express

The DB BR 101 is the primary InterCity locomotive in Germany with a maximum speed of 220 km/h. It operates numerous IC services along the route along with the Munich-Nuremberg Express which uses control cars in conjunction with the DB BR 101. The BR 101 also operates the Allersberg Express between Nuremberg and Allesberg

    DB BR 102

The DB BR 102 was introduced onto the route in December 2017 to operate the Munich - Nuremberg Express. It has a maximum speed of 200 km/h and will replace the DB BR 101 on that route. Unlike the DB BR 101 operated express, the DB BR 102 will use new double-deck passenger cars
    Conclusion
The route from Munich to Nuremberg would include a large amount of variety with InterCity Express trains, InterCity and Regional Express services using an array of rolling stock. The route is an opposite to Rapid Transit which was a slower commuter route whereas the Munich - Nuremberg route comprises of a high speed main line with operating speeds of up to 300 km/h, introducing high speed operations to Train Sim World.

Would be great to finally have some real High Speed in TSW, along with the most beautiful trains in germany.
While the full route would be a masterpiece, I don't think that it's profitable enough for DTG to make it happen.

But they could release the High Speed part only, with scenarios ending in Ingolstadt.
And maybe later on release the full version.
Also it would be the first german route including LZB.
