THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN HALF RESOLVED. The only issue I have left is how to make a support ticket. I HAVE LEFT THIS POST UP FOR ANYONE WHO IS HAVING A SIMILAR PROBLEM. IF YOU KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THIS, PLEASE SAY SO IN THE REPLIES FOR OTHERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS. Anything under this line is now irrelevant UNLESS you have a similar situation. ___________ So, I am on PS4 and I was taking in game photos for a livery that I was about to upload. Then the game closed and I was sent back to the PS4 home screen. I re-opened the game, and to my surprise a pop-up from the PS System said that a save file corrupted. It finally loaded me on, but all I saw was [Create a new account] Or [Switch to (my tsw2) account]. I have restarted the PS, Entered safe mode and did a check on the files and I also deleted and reinstalled TSW5 along with the DLCs. NOTHING worked. Please help, it's my best and favourite account.
Not sure of how to fix it but I can tell you that you can backup and restore the TSW profile. See REF https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps4-manage-storage-space/ under "How to copy your PS4 console saved data to a USB storage device." As that is what I do.
