So you're saying if they were a big company you'd still do it? "I didn't know that you were a small company." They can't do anything anyway because as TrainSim Luke said, they don't own the Discord server. So it's your own fault, you got yourself into this. And saying that they have the best train and flight simulator on the market (which they probably do tbh) just to earn back sympathy won't work. Again, your own fault.
Firealarm10 I think you should come to acceptance that you will not get back on discord, these community discord servers create rules for a reason, and the punishments for breaking rules as well. You committed a severe offense that any community discord would ban you for. If you cannot take the punishment you should have never done what you did. You sould use this time to think about what you truly did and find a way to better yourself. Begging and pleading with the discord community and DTG who have nothing to do with discord will get you no where.
Hopefully you can learn from this and mature as a person. Hopefully one day maybe someone will give another chance.

You're coming at a big company but yet you forget these are just things they need to do to stay up, it's called effective management you'd do the same thing if you owned a large company as well.
