PS5 My Ps5 Can't Find My Xbox Profile?

    My PS5 Pro cannot find my Xbox Profile, just can understand why? Need help, any ideas?

    I don't have an Xbox, WTF?

    1. Is the console/game up to date?
    2. Have you recently made any changes to the game/console?
    3. When did this start happening?
    4. How frequently does it happen?
    5. How does this affect your ability to play TSW 5?

    1. Is the console up todate..the build number 1334 and there are no outstanding updates.

    2. Any changes to game console? No, bar I upgraded to a Playstation pro in January, but it was working fine on it, bar some crashing.

    3. When did this start happening? Funny you should ask, this happened on the back of TSW crashing when I drove the 395 Javalin from St Pancras to Ashford, I get held up by two trains going, one was off path, so I deleted that one, but the lights didn't change, so I deleted the second train and still the lights where red and as I am look around to get information to raise a ticket about the red light including information off the Ashford platform the game froze in the map and crashed. So, when I started TSW 5 again my Playstation wants to be an Xbox?
    4. How offten this happen? Once so far...
    5. How does this affect my ability to play TSW 5? For the moment not sure, it only happened last night, but I had to spend some time change stuff back to my preference. I will let you know if it keeps happening. It took some time for my Playstation or TSW to get over the Xbox crisis, probably about a minute before I saw the intro video and thought thats not good.

    I am trying to complete timetables in TSW going from first launched up to present and I am currently working my way through Southeastern High Speed I have had to leave the St Pancras to Ashford diwn siding part 1 because it just leaves you at a red light. But the one I drove when things went wrong was 1J18 St Pancras to Margate 9:07 out of St Pancras estimated travel time 39 mins

    Try and see if both services work for you on the playstation. If you need any more information let me know

    Ok, if this happened directly after a crash it could be due to corrupted data. The first thing, you should do is rebuild the database and clear the cache.

    How to Rebuild the PS5 Database and Clear the Cache
    If the above options have not helped you resolve a problem, rebuilding the PS5 database and clear the cache can help. To do this, you will need to restart your console in safe mode, as described below.
    1. Turn off your console by holding the power button for three seconds.
    2. The power indicator blinks for a few moments before turning off.
    3. Once the console is off, press and hold the power button again.
    4. Release it after you hear the second beep — one beep sounds when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
    5. Connect the controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.
    6. Now, select Clear System Software Cache
    7. Next, select Rebuild Database

    Thanks Chris, I will do this tonight and I will let you know how I get on and if this solves my Xbox problem?

    Will this also solve my red light issue or is that something else?

    If yourself or maybe members in the community be kind enough to try this service out on a PS5 and maybe come back and share their findings, is that an idea?

    Thanks Chris, I have already raised a ticket on the red light issue just before TSW crapped itself and my PS5 Pro became an Xbox.
