    Yes they do. They just aren’t updating any of the content but support for issues like this is still ongoing.

    Probably a leftover from TSW: Founder's Edition, originally an Xbox exclusive. I assume it's there for the same reason GWE is included in the base game permanently: it's too hard to get rid of it or change it.
