Hey Guys, new here, seen some great suggestions and just wanted to add one of my own, I have already mentioned part of this on another thread.

I suggest The North East Network of Railways set sometime between the 1960's and Early 1990's when the Colliery Railways started to close completely

From Berwick in the North to Darlington in the South, down to Middlesbrough in the South-East of the Area across to Barnard Castle in the South West of the Area.

It would basically be a combination of Northern ECML Packs and the Weardale-Teesdale Network from Train Simulator.

Added in would be various different branches between Berwick and Darlington
    • Blyth and Tyne
    • Durham Coast
    • Leamside Line
    • Durham-Bishop Auckland
    • Stillington Branch
    • Weardale Lines (Stanhope-Bishop Auckland
    • Tees Valley (Bishop Auckland-Middlesbrough)
    • Teesdale Lines (Darlington-Barnard Castle)
Also add in some of the Colliery Railways in the Area
    • Durham-Sunderland Line
    • Lambton Colliery Railway
    • Stanhope and Tyne Railway
Some pictures of the network from one time or other

    Leamside Line
The Leamside Line was never officially closed, it was mothballed once the ECML was wired up, it runs off the mainline at Pelaw, down to Ferryhill

    Stillington Branch
The Stillington Branch runs off the ECML at Tursdale and Ferryhill to Stockton
