Well to be fair, DTG aren't the only ones who look at the forums. Reppo, Digital Terrible Model, Smokebox, and some other devs browse the forums sometimes, or we wouldn't have the E60 and AEM-7. I'm not exactly sure to what extent they do browse the forums, but I just know that they do browse the forums sometimes.
As far as communication goes, they don't. However sad it makes sense, they're focusing on their current project(s), TSW and maybe the Tram game. They just release stuff by external developers. Those could, in theory, sustain TSC on Steam for a decade, but of course we won't get everything.
To be honest, I'm not even surprised by this. I guess orange is the new black, or TSW is the new TSC.
Are DTG still making traction and/or routes for TSC? It would be interesting to know if they are basically leaving it to Third Party developers or whether they have a plan to release new routes or updated versions of existing routes. If so GEML or C2C please.
Seems not. Fairly certain for UK Danny’s Leeds to Manchester was the last DLC which could be defined as in house. (And very good too, complements the TSW version). Think he has stated been moved across to TSW route work and I assume that goes for any other internal associates. Guess we should be grateful the core is still being worked on at least for the now.
