1: I'm hoping that both the slow "Redhill" line and the fast "Quarry" line are included in the route. For those that don't know, the Redhill line is the slow line that includes Coulsdon South, Merstham and Redhill stations, whereas the Quarry line is the fast line and bypasses those 3 stations via a tunnel and flyover, where the 2 lines then join together again at Earlswood. I'm hoping they don't miss out the Redhill slow line - the more stops the better IMO! 2: Driveable 166's from Redhill to Gatwick - whilst they don't stop at Salfords or Horley IRL, it would still be nice to be able to drive one for the 10-12 minutes or so between Redhill and Gatwick. 3: Use of GX 387's on services to Brighton, not just Gatwick Express services - Southern regularly do this on the Brighton line at the moment 4: This is the big one for me, and I hope that in the future of the route, they could add class 455's as an add on, on the suburban services between Victoria & East Croydon/Purley. Whilst not mentioned of course in the roadmap, 455's hold a place in my heart as i've used them (and now work on them) pretty much all my working life! adding a 455 would be a huge benefit to the route for when you just feel like running a little suburban service - and would break up the possible repetition of only driving electrostars. I can only dream though 5: If they don't add 455's, or suburban services at all (I'd be sad if there weren't any suburban services tbh) at least in Scenario planner, give us the option to make a scenario and add Battersea Park, Wandsworth Common, Balham, Streatham Common, Norbury, Thornton Heath, Selhurst, South Croydon, Purley Oaks & Purley as stations we can stop at
I hope that the Railtour scenario on EC can come to this and begin its journey from Victoria to be driven as far as Wivelsfield but with you having to wait at various points to allow passengers trains to pass you as you'll need to keep time. On EC they could add a new return journey from Eastbourne to Lewes then pick it up on Rush Hour at Wivelsfield for the return to Victoria
I can’t see why they would exclude the Redhill branch. It’s an important part of the route. They included the slow/fast lines on HHR.
