A route builder/editor which would let us build our own routes or edit existing wheels to make it our own by building our own timetable and scenarios and adding our own rolling stock The community will enjoy this feature. 2. Career mode / career progression with rewards example dovetail made livers fictional / official. 3. More features for realism example on board train announcements, passengers through the train to find their seats, player interactions with passengers, working escalators and lifts and Ingame activity for passengers and the player to wait for their train/service. 4. Improved livery designer for upgraded graphics for train liveries and to select different sections to paint on the train and to put shapes on. Expansion packs/extension addons and livery enchantment packs example expansion of railways for more entertainment 5. Non-expensive pricing different across all platforms?.
Lowered pricing will not happen due to various reasons such as inflation, rising costs of living and stuff. If they sell for too cheap, then they wouldn't be able to pay their bills or employees for example even if it sold much higher copies. And price doesn't reflect quality. The same cost could be low vs high quality. At the end of the day, games are a luxury, not a necessity so you don't have to buy it at full price. I know that is not the answer you want or anything but that's just life you know. I would expect some of these features to be implemented such as working lifts and elevators and maybe improved LD which was scrapped a while back due to challenges I believe. Expansion packs are definitely becoming more of a common thing with 2 coming out next year. Maybe a career mode too but only if they get it right.
Congrats! One wish came true! Escalators and Lifts are being worked on so that they function in-game. Hopefully more wishes will be granted throughout next year!
It was mentioned in the December roadmap with a video for work in Progress. There a couple of working lifts on the Holiday Express DLC as well.
