Having added NTP to my PS5 collection via the recent sale, seems this version might have issues not present on PC/Steam. This occurred on the first scenario in Journey, where you have to take a loco hauled service from just west of Huddersfield to Leeds. First of all, reloading a saved game, I found the train brake was in emergency and, after I released it and started rolling back, the reverser was reverted to neutral. That sorted I continued to Leeds, where I stood up and walked over to the other side of the cab to activate the handbrake and promptly fell through the loco side (door was closed) so zero collision detection. Edit: Should also mention that passing trains all appear to have that mustard gas green effect colour coming from the exhaust rather than blue or black.
