Hello everyone! This is actually my first post because I wanted to talk about a new line that I would love you to bring to Train Sim World. I'm talking about the Cumana Line and Circumflegrea line. Trains ride from Naples (Montestanto) to Torregaveta (Cumana) and Licola (Circumflegrea). I'm suggesting you to bring to this game two completely italian lines. (Not managed by Trenitalia though, so it might be easier to get the licences). There are beautiful views, with the sea on the background while you are riding in some points. I catch these trains every day to go to school and the atmosphere is amazing, even though sometimes you must face with strikes or damaged trains. I have also uploaded some pictures. Hope that someone looks into this because I would really love these two lines and trains to come. Thank you for reading this to all.
Definitely! I’ve ridden one of these to Pozzuoli before and the mix of dense urban environments (with the graffiti!) and the tunnels, hills and volcanic landscape was pretty special. I’m sure the Napoli SC stadium is visible from the ride too? The station in Napoli is also pretty unique - on a hill side, at the entrance to a tunnel, but a terminus?
Cool little place! Four platforms at Montesanto - two heading southwest and two heading northwest - both meeting later at the terminus Torregaveta!
Many of the trains looked like this, circa 2016. This end is also open air, and second storey height. A special place! Platforms at Montesanto stretch into the tunnel. Graffiti, but with style and thought. Space was a little tight on the seats!
Graffiti, even with "style and thought", is still vandalism. Geez I'm getting old... but I really think vandalizing other people's property to express oneself (or gain status in your little subculture) is simply not done. There are days I can't even look out the train's windows because some single cell organism covered them up completely with his little spray can. I do sometimes think maybe they're compensating for something* *Read that in Shrek's voice if you must
