As in real life, there are orange reflectors on the kilometer signs in tunnels on the high speed line, indicating that the emergency brake override ("Notbremsüberbrückung" / "NBÜ") should be used in the case of a passenger emergency brake application. Fundamentally, that's a nice detail and I like it.

However, in the game, these are only placed in tunnels, and there they go from portal to portal. In real life, they start ~1km before each tunnel and end ~1km before they end. This ensures that you don't enter the tunnel while the train is braking to a halt, and that you can stop right after leaving a tunnel, rather than only starting to brake as you leave it.

It's a small detail for sure, but since it shouldn't be that much work to fix, I'd love to see the placements changed.
