Xbox Series S Nec Ny-tr Ner 127 Red Signal Issue

I wanted to report a red signal issue I caught on Northeast Regional service 127 from New York to Washington DC. When I reached Newark Penn station and finished boarding passengers, the signal stayed red and would not change. I looked at the map and saw the signals after the red were all clear, so this was specifically affecting this one signal. While I was heading to Newark, there were multiple times where I was forced to slow down to 45mph or lower despite the signals being green. I have attached an image below to show which signal and track I had this issue occur.
