PlayStation Nec Service #740 Issues

On PS5 service #740 at 8:05am (Readville to Boston) you are due at Boston by 8:15, yet the first signal does not change from red to yellow until about 8:18. After which you have open yellows and no signs of a red, nor do the safety systems convey any upcoming issue. You then re-end an F40 at the next station- game over.

I launched this service three times from timetable, and the trains which I had to wait to pass did so at different times each than other attempts-seemingly randomly without schedule.

Tried then to spawn on foot at Readville at 8:05 and take over the service- same result.
Spawned on foot again at 8:05 and watched the AI service - same result minus the catastrophic end. (this was pretty neat since I pretended to be a maintenance worker investigating an issue on the line).

Here's where it gets weird- spawned on foot at 8:10 and 8:15 and the service is nowhere to be found- not at the station nor on the map having left.

All told, seems quite bugged but would appreciate if any others have time to troubleshoot as well.
