I play on PS4 to, and I press „circle“ in those moments:
-when there is a Signal with one yellow light
-when there is a Signal with 2 orange lights
    - when there is a speed downsizing under 100kmh

You push the Circle, directly after one of those 3 points came.
When you turn on the PZB, you can see that there is a yellow line with: „45kmh...“ when you are faster then this, the train will brake immediately and you have to turn off and on the PZB again.
When you are passing a signal with one yellow light, there will pop up a yellow line and you have to brake down to 85kmh. if you won’t, you stop.
If there is a signal with 2 yellow lights, you have to brake, because there is a red signal 1km away, and when you pass the red one, the cenario is lost.

P.S. the yellow Lines will go away after a Short Time by themselves, then you can drive the normal speed limit (which is set with a red needle ). But when you see one of the top things I wrote, BRAKE;)
