I hope someone at DTG can help me with this problem. I have just bought TSW3 and already own most of the UK routes already on TSW2. so I noticed that Peak Forest was included in the Historic journeys pack. On the purchase page I was informed as I already owned two of the routes I would not receive those two routes and that I would only be charged £26.99 for Peak forest. However I have been charged a total of £71.97 So is there any way I can get the difference refunded?

Yeah I went to purchase this and realise the price had jumped up and I was indeed buying routes I already owned.
There's a thread in the main forum about it as well, hopefully DTG JD can assist. Although I'd recommend putting in a refund request with steam over the issue as well

I am a bit wary of requesting a steam refund as I bought it as a bundle and any refund might possibly wipe the two routes I already had? That's why I would like a reply from someone at DTG

I get that, have you tried putting in a support ticket either with DTG or steam?

I don’t think that should happen if you already own an item from previous, in the unlikely event that it did you should be able to get in touch with support as your previous purchase history would be proof of ownership

Yeah but rather than take the chance, I put in a ticket so I am just waiting for a reply mow.
