   I have to hold down the right mouse button to move the camera. Is there a way to default it with the mouse movement itself; similar to TSW & many other games ?
   
   Also the cursor is always visible on the screen even when I'm not using the mouse for a long time. Any option to turn it's opacity down or hide it ?
