Did not have this problem last time I ran it. At start, you are facing a green/yellow restricted speed signal with a green/yellow advance signal. Proceed at no more than 40 km/h, got it. Except that as soon as you pass the light you get a piercing PZB alarm and an emergency braking, as if the 2000-hz magnet is on. Trying to contact the dispatcher simply turns the light red, although he says "Proceed at restricted speed." And, of course, you still can't pass it. Note that the game does not register a SPAD. What's up with this?
You‘re talking about the very first signal right in front of you, correct? I just tested that one on a PS5. The signal showed yellow/green for the main signal and double yellow for the distant signal. I ran past and acknowledged it - 1000Hz monitoring started and no emergency brake application.
I figured it out- I was holding the acknowledge button too long! Apparently game-PZB only registers the acknowledgement when you release the key, not when you press it. I was holding it until I (the driver) was past the signal- but that used up my 2 seconds (the train is only crawling at that point) and the Zwansbremsung kicked in
