It doesn't appear that any of the new freight services you can drive in SEHS have tail lamps attached on the rear of the trains. Also in the Hoo Runaround service once you uncouple from the train at Hoo a tail lamp appears on what was the rear of the loco but what is now the front and stays there for the rest of the run. This means you have your headlights lit and a tail lamp attached that flashes on the front of the train for the remainder of the run.
