New Laptop - Can I Run Ts2020?

Hi all,

I have been running TSW on PS4 for some time but have just invested in a new laptop, so figured I would give TS2020 a go as there is far more choice in terms of routes and traction.

Before I buy and download TS2020, I need to know if my laptop will run it or if i'd be wasting my money. Spec below. Would apprecaite any help.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz
RAM: 8GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon Vega 8
Windsows 10

Based on Steam's recommended specs, your laptop is perfectly capable of handling TS.

 

Thanks. I'm running another game and found by turning down the graphics settings to Low that it ran great with no lag. Is turning down settings an option on TS2020?

I got started with TS on an i5 laptop with no discrete GPU. It looked passable rather than great but was perfectly playable if you didn't expect it to handle busier more detailed routes. An i5 laptop with a fairly basic GPU that still doesn't compare with the OP's was much better.
