Hello, everyone Today I propose you the "Siemens Vectron". The Siemens Vectron is a locomotive platform from the German rail vehicle manufacturer "Siemens Mobility", which replaces the EuroSprinter electric and the diesel-electric EuroRunner families or their further development Siemens ES 2007 from 2010 onwards. Both electric and diesel-electric locomotives are being built on the platform again. The series designations for the various Vectron variants in Germany are 6191 to 6193 for the electric and 1247 for the diesel-electric, 2248 for the dual mode and 2249 for the dual mode light variant and are already in use. Depending on the equipment (diesel/electric/multi-system version), the price of a Vectron is between three and five million euros. These locomotives have top speeds of 120, 160 or 200 kilometers per hour. There are seven different variants of this unit: - Vectron MS: Multi-system locomotive with 6400 kW (~)/ 6000 kW (3 kV =)/ 3500 kW (1.5 kV =) power and 160 or 200 km/h top speed - Vectron AC high power: AC locomotive with an output of 6400 kW and a maximum speed of 160 or 200 km/h (German series designation 193) - Vectron AC medium power: AC locomotive with an output of 5600 kW and a top speed of 160 km/h - Vectron DC medium power: DC locomotive with an output of 5200 kW and a top speed of 160 or 200 km/h (German series designation 191) - Vectron DE: diesel-electric locomotive with an output of 2400 kW and a top speed of 160 km/h (German series designation 247) - Vectron Dual Mode (DM): Two-power locomotive (dual mode) for 15 kV AC voltage and diesel engine with 2000 kW power at the wheel, 160 km/h maximum speed and an axle load of maximum 22.5 t (German series designation 248) - Vectron Dual Mode light (DM light): Two-power locomotive (dual mode) for 15 kV AC voltage and diesel engine with 750 kW power at the wheel, 120 km/h top speed and a maximum axle load of 21 t Which variant should appear best in TSW2? These variants are possible: - Vectron MS: Multi-system locomotive with 6400 kW (~)/ 6000 kW (3 kV =)/ 3500 kW (1.5 kV =) power and 160 or 200 km/h top speed (DB LIVERY) - Vectron AC high power: AC locomotive with an output of 6400 kW and a maximum speed of 160 or 200 km/h (German series designation 193) (RAILPOOL LIVERY) Since DTG already have the licenses from "DB" and "Railpool", you can decide which livery you want and how much work you want to put into this locomotive. If you want to have the typical red color of the Deutsche Bahn and a new multi-system locomotive, which is on the road in many countries, you should opt for the "Vectron MS" (multi-system locomotive; several types of electricity) in the "Deutsche Bahn" livery. However, if you want to see a different color of the locomotive, such as the color of "Railpool" and do not want to invest so much time and work in this multi-system locomotive, you can opt for the "Vectron AC" (single-system locomotive; alternating current) in the light gray version "Railpool" livery decide. This Loco should appear as a LOCO ADD-ON for SKA "Schnellfahrstrecke Köln Aachen" and operate Freight Services between Köln Ehrenfeld and Aachen / Aachen Rothe-Erde. But it is also possible to ride this loco on other routes in Germany and maybe on the new swiss route (S-Bahn Zentralschweiz: Luzern - Sursee) coming soon. Here some pictures Vectron MS in "Deutsche Bahn" Livery Vectron AC high power in "Railpool" Livery If you like my suggestion, give it a like and I would appreciate any ratings or similar in the comments below. Have a beautiful Day. Take care of yourselves! Another benefit of Vectron DB BR193 is that you can run this on the Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen International section L37 Lüttich Kinkempois (Liège Kinkempois) Aachen Hbf bypass tracks if DTG merges Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen with L37 Infrabel Liège Aachen. Requires the Dispatcher change voltage function and DB BR193 can serve as the base model for ÖBB 1293
Yes that is true. I hope an international route comes to Train Sim World. Maybe in Train Sim World 3 ?!
Maybe if there is enough demand in TSW2 for an international route. Finally wish to see what connects to Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen on the Aachen Hbf West end. In addition Aachen Rothe Erde ends up being a functional Gbf with SNCB HLD77 7771-7871 ending service at the sidings waiting for DB BR185.2 Rallion Main Spessart Bahn Faded Rallion DB BR185.2 Ruhr Sieg Nord Hamburg Lübeck MRCE BR182 Rhein-Ruhr Osten/Riesa Dresden 185.5 to Finnish the job towards Hagen Vorhalle via Wuppertal Steinbeck if Köln Solingen Wuppertal line is built then RRO. DB BR193s can do non-stop Services Liège to Köln Ehrenfeld since Köln Kalk Rbf isn't in game or longer run Liège Köln Finnentrop via Wuppertal Steinbeck/Hagen Gbf.
What I meant is Route Extensions via merger of separate routes like L37 Aachen Liège and Köln Wuppertal being built first then linked with Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen to form a long route like TS22 route Mergers.
