    i mean the heading said it it already but yes new tube stocks
    like anyone of these:

    If we get a new tube line, then ideally the Northern Line with 1959 stock or the Central Line with the very similar 1962 stock. Rivet’s flawed 1938 stock could sub in on the Northern Line too.

    Hopefully, with Just Trains entering the franchise, they can pull off a TSW version of their Metropolitan line. This would provide something for a mix of the 1973, 1996, S7 and S8 stocks to run on. The '96 stocks have been automatic now for a while, so maybe not as fitting, but the '73 have and will always be manual.
