With the added ticket machines at each station /line .
I wonder if Dovetail Can turn on the Ticket Machines at Stations make the more accessible in the future ,Heck maybe take it a step further where we can buy tickets for a the train service with maybe Xp we have so we can ride trains maybe in a new mode .
I enjoy operating the trains in TSW , but what if we had the ability to ride trains ? This maybe be a unpopular opinion or out of the box idea but every time I see a ticket machine I just wish the operable ‍♂️.

You'll probably see a bugged version of this idea in TSW6.

That’ll be one of there “core features” which they’ll talk about but won’t actually get until TSW7

We already have the ability to ride trains, but it would be nice to have a “passenger mode” and get to use points to buy tickets or something like that. Though I honestly wouldn’t care a bit if they got rid of them.

And yeah — with all the detail that’s put into the ticket machines it’s a huge shame they get absolutely no use.

And it’ll only be available on two of the three included core routes despite being a huge selling point for the game :D

I’ll be pretty annoyed if this gets implemented before we get more in-depth train management systems & cab displays.

DTG are wasting far too much time on gimmicks, as opposed to actual train simulation.

At this point the gimmicks must be what they consider actual train simulation because Matt himself insists that TSW is in fact a simulator and not a game… how else could we justify the amount of pointless goofy stuff in the “simulator”?

We do have those ticket beeping thingys on Naverkehr Dresden. You can slide your ticket in to make it beep. I believe the ticket had a QR code which, if scanned, dropped a teaser for a subsequent German route.

Let's be honest, Matt and the producers green lighted WCMLS to be released, that's all I'm saying...
