I would like to make my second suggestion about adding a new route similar to the island line 2022 but for tees valley 2019.

This route would include the class 142, class 156, class 158 with the old northern rail livery.

There will be 17 stops (if that is correct) Bishop Auckland, Shildon, Newton Aycliffe, Heighington, North Road, Darlington, Dinsdale, Allen's West, Eaglescliffe, Thornaby, Middlesbrough, Southbank, Redcar Central, Redcar East, Longbeck, Marske and Saltburn.

Bring it on and for TVL 2019 owner the Pacer needs a 1989 colours so that it can layer to the 1989 version and WCL forming a 150/2 142 train. Remember the Class 142 was ordered to finish off the ageing Class 101 Daisy DMU

The Class 142 would be most welcome although a new route such as the nearby Tyne Valley Line would provide somewhere more different to drive it on than simply a modern version of a route we already have. Alternatively we could have a 1980's provincial livery Pacer add-on for Tees Valley without needing to modernise the route.

Bring it into the late 80's era so it can merge with TVL.

This would be better done as an extension to the existing TVL and while they’re at it throw in the Boulby freight line too. Could argue the original should have gone to one or both of those locations anyway.

I’m not sure this would be a great idea, as by 2019 almost all of the freight would have ceased, Thornaby and Redcar would have both closed and Lackenby and Tees Yard have both been severely reduced in size. There would be minimal freight into the area. The original route was probably set there because of the amount of freight at the time.

It would have been good if DTG extended the line to Bishop Auckland to the original route.

Would be great to get the 142 and 156 in game though.

Correct and you can couple 142 to the 156 because towards the end of 142 Pacer service a 156 needs to be combined with them due to accessibility issues

Yes please! I'd like it to go a bit further up Weardale though- perhaps to the cement works at Eastgate. It does seem a bit daft to have only half of the original Stockton and Darlington route.
