Hands down best route so far, really good, more of this please! Felt like I'd come home to an old friend and they were very happy to welcome me back. There's a weight of intellect, passion and love that's gone in to this route that I haven't experienced since TPE.

Agree. The route itself is second to none, apart from one section of missing hill and also last night doing Chinley Gala, I noticed on the bit where you do the brakevan tour as you approach the yard to the west of Chinley (Gowton?) the distant hills have a gap in them with light showing through.

With fixes to the lighting, a better timetable and a diesel layer this route will be little short of perfect. More like this DTG and less rinse and repeat electric commuter routes.

While a diesel layer might be a worthwhile addition, as mentioned already in another thread I'm absolutely thrilled with the large number of shunting activities.

A diesel layer for me would be the icing on the cake. I still love taking the BR Class 40 out on the TPE, probably my favourite journey. If I can make a minor criticism it would pertain to the lack thereof. I guess it will appear at some point as a dlc layer, what do you think? Will we see it as another £10 later in 3 months time?
