Steam New Scenario Bug

Hello hope youre all well on this day, so im having an bug i do not know what to do with. So if i Create a new Scenario by myself and i config AI Trains to pass me, the game will simply crash after i added a few. I can do a Scenario and drive by myself but thats not what i want really.

Yeah it's very well hidden. Shame really, it would be useful to have it more easily accessible.
