I would absolutely prefer it if the DTG employees would take a look at our suggestions and react to them as I suspect that no one from DTG will look at them
They don’t it just piles up they only rarely look at the post that complain never the suggestions that had dedication put into them
DTG do look at the suggestions. Reacting to them might be difficult though, it would be time consuming and a little pointless. They want to know what we think about the suggestions rather than wanting us to know what they think about them. The new community manager for TSW might take a different view to previous CMs but he’s likely to be too busy working on our behalf with other things to want to spend time acknowledging that a suggestion has been seen every time a thread is posted or later gains a bit of traction with the community.
Treat it as a speakeasy to vent your ideas and thoughts; just accept there’s little to no chance of your suggestion being actioned, the more so if it’s outside the comfort zone of their Holy Trinity, plus Switzerland for Rivet.
DTG do look at the suggestions because I helps them to see what type of route like a steam diesel or electrical and its the same for Loco Add-Ons wich have dried up wich they are aware of
