Hi I'm new to the game and never seem to be able to get to the rod in time when the alarm is going off. Any tips on this or anything else in general?

Okay cast all three lines out.... Next press right on the D pad highlighting the rods. Now hold it on this screen until you get a bite now you can see which rod is going off.

Also you don't have to use that just cast one line out and hold it with a float or a bait.

Yeah I always cash 3 and have the dpad up waiting for bites but by the time I lift rod it's too late. Sticking to one rod at the minute

Sounds like you're using the wrong hook size with the bait.

Thanks I'll give that a try. Just starting out and missing loads of bites.

Works out it's just the floats that I was Missing. When I use a sinker it's a lot better.

Yeah you can't put the float down really. Put two sinkers out and hold the last float.
