Is this update taking forever to install for anyone else? for me, it's downloaded it all in minutes but taken well over an hour to install, with steam giving estimations anywhere between 8 seconds and 2 years. EDIT: I told Steam to stop and now it's downloading 2.9GB. I guess I'm not using this pc for a while then which is annoying because I have a uni lecture to attend this afternoon (virtually)...
I takes time as it has to unpack/repack the content. The whole DLC is not updated, just the content indide it. For instance I just got 265Mb downladed but the LGV DLC file was updated in its modification date, and it has 12Gb total, so it´s impossible that it was downloaded entirely. Also game base packs got updated. In last year updatings I usually got the full patch download in several steps, not in one go. Maybe it´s a Steam issue itself or it´s intented to be like that. Who knows... Cheers
