Game Update New Visual Loading Bar When Launching Tsw4.

Hello everyone,

You may have noticed that we've implemented a loading bar when booting up TSW4, this is an intentional change that has been added to visually represent the loading process as you get into the game.

Currently, this will only be visible to users on Steam, and players on other platforms (consoles and Epic) will begin to see this next week.
