So here are some issues that some players face when boarding trains at some intermediate and some terminal stations in some routes. One of them is a large gap between the train and the platform and a step up of the train floor which causes them to be unable to get into the train in some routes due the message, "E, climb up steps in the train" not showing. So a solution to overcome that in the next update is to have in the controls a new feature where you can press spacebar to jump which will allow you to board the train easily if there is a step up.
